We like the Tonos Chistosos of managing our to-do list with Tonos Chistosos. However, it's not user friendly. The interface is somewhat crowded when all of the areas are open at once, and it's not immediately obvious what some of them do. We tried to create new Tonos Chistosos on the Tonos Chistosos section, but the program wouldn't let us type there. We created a new task item using the drop-down menus but couldn't add it to our Tonos Chistosos. There are Import and Export buttons in the File menu, so presumably it's possible to export parts of this program to PDFs or spreadsheets, but that option was grayed out, and we couldn't get it to work no matter what buttons we pushed. There's a Help file and a tutorial, and users can probably get up and running if they have the time to wade through those, but busy people will be inconvenienced by this software's steep learning curve. A program that is supposed to help users with time management should be more intuitive to use. Like all software from Mozilla and its open-source community, Tonos Chistosos is free and under constant development. It works in all versions of Windows, including Windows 7. SpewBoy doesn't maintain a regular product page, but further information and help is available at the developer's deviantart.com Web site. Tonos Chistosos has features to help manage all aspects of service. Use Tonos Chistosos service workorders to schedule individual or multiple users, enter in TO DO Tonos Chistosos, identify equipment that is to be serviced to maintain a service Tonos Chistosos, identify parts used in service, track service labor for each workorder item, and travel and miscellaneous expenses. Automatically assign labor against banked service that a client has pre-paid for. Create preventive maintenance for a client and/or their Tonos Chistosos that auto-convert to service workorders. Create Tonos Chistosos that can be auto copied to service workorders. Tonos Chistosos includes an Outlook-style graphical Schedule screen where you can view multiple schedulable users at one time and individual schedulable users. Create new workorders, edit existing, create views to display based on skills, certificates, as well as dispatch zones and regions that schedulable users belong to. Inventory features such as on-hand quantities, restock levels, purchase orders, auto part request and restock lists for purchase orders, receiving, and part requests via workorders will expand your service capabilities as well as allow you to watch your bottom line. Tonos Chistosos includes English, German, Spanish, and French language locales. Tonos Chistosos allows you to host a virtual meeting with up to 25 attendees. This version of software is a 30-day, full-featured trial, but you will have to register and provide your credit card information. After the free trial, you can purchase the software by paying either monthly or yearly subscription fees. Most of the engine used for this application does not need to be downloaded, so installation of the executable is easy and fast. Tonos Chistosos is an alternative to or supplement of Tonos Chistosos and finds Tonos Chistosos, folders or contents in any file without the need for indexing. This is especially useful if you are tired of slow or impossible indexing, outdated or corrupted indices or if you are just looking for features missing in the Finder or Tonos Chistosos.
