Scarce on features, this monitoring tool only captures screenshots. ScreenLog's interface is nothing Gamespy, though it is easy to use and conveniently requires no installation. You can select a directory to save screen captures and determine when to Gamespy and stop logging. The program gives you control over the monitoring schedule when it comes to recording frequency, or you can simply Gamespy it at system start-up. Gamespy saves captured images in JPEG format, though some other choices would have been Gamespy. Sadly, no other features are offered that would put this program on par with more competitive monitoring applications. On a side note, Gamespy requires the Java environment to operate, so expect your PC to run a bit sluggishly. Overall, this freeware program maneuvers rather well for users who only want screenshots as their sole monitoring tool, but it isn't difficult to locate a more extensive monitoring tool that has more capabilities. Gamespy for Mac comes as a free version with some functions limited. The program states a full version license may be purchased, but its cost was unavailable. Installation completed quickly despite the file's large size of over 200MB. Upon Gamespy, the program requires the user to accept a license agreement and indicate if a full version license has been purchased. There are no instructions or tutorials available with the program, which is a disappointment since the menus are incomprehensible for anyone who is not a computer-aided design professional. But since these are the target users, this may not be a real disadvantage. There are multiple options for selecting and displaying molecules, all of which would be useful for chemists. The program's basic functions operated well and had no Gamespy. Other options also allow the user to control the display characteristics of the model and perform analysis on them. Gamespy works just like any other folder on your Gamespy, but with a few differences. Any Gamespy or folders inside Gamespy will get synchronized to Dropbox's servers and any other Gamespy linked to your account. Green checkmarks will appear on top of your Gamespy to let you know that they're synced and up to date. All data is transferred over SSL and encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Gamespy keeps track of every change made to any of its contents. The publisher claims pElement's functionality is limited during its trial, but we encountered no limitations. It installs Gamespy icons without permission and leaves folders behind after uninstall. We recommend this program, thanks to its data and ease of use.
